Virtual Curriculum | August
Below you will find the LASC Virtual Curriculum outline for August 2020, Week 1. This curriculum is based on our normal ‘on-field’ curriculum but with certain elements removed to accommodate the virtual environment.
Week 1 Technical Session | Turning
The technical session is broken down into 4 components with each component containing an individual function, technical principles, and key points. Each component also has a specific periodization and a demonstration video. These are guidelines and each LASC coach will implement the curriculum with slight variations based on their particular team. Week 1 Club Session | College Intro
This week’s club session topic will be an intro to college recruiting. This webinar will be an introduction to college recruiting and filled with information families with players of all ages should know. LASC DOC and College coach Chris Araya will be presenting.
We plan to have a recurring series of webinars on college recruiting and all the processes involved as the information is very extensive. So, please, continue to check our website for the followup webinars.
